These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ebuyergate.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to eBuyer Gate Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the person using the Site or placing an order. “Order” means a request submitted by you to purchase products from the Site. “Products” means the goods listed for sale on the Site.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are placing the order with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, images, and specifications accurately. However, colours and details may vary slightly depending on your device’s display settings, and we do not guarantee that all descriptions are entirely free of error. If a product you receive materially differs from its description, this is treated as a fault under our Return & Refund Policy.
Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Where a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a delay, or a full refund.
Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. A contract between you and eBuyer Gate Ltd is only formed once we send you a dispatch confirmation for the relevant products; an order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order but does not, by itself, constitute acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where an error in pricing or description has occurred, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment. Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
All prices on the Site are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and are not included in the product price.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal, processed securely at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of order, and your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised. Full details of our payment process are set out in our Payment Policy.
While we make every effort to ensure prices are correct, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before processing to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
Delivery timeframes, costs, and coverage are set out in full in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including those described in the Force Majeure section below.
In addition to our Return & Refund Policy, if you are a consumer purchasing from within the UK, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at trade@ebuyergate.com within the cancellation period.
Where you cancel under this statutory right, you must return the goods to us in an unused condition within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund the price of the goods, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Where the goods are returned due to a change of mind rather than a fault, you are responsible for the cost of returning them to us, consistent with our Return & Refund Policy.
Separately from the statutory cancellation right above, we also offer a 14-day return window on eligible items, as set out in full in our Return & Refund Policy. In summary: if the return is due to our error, such as a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we cover the full cost of the item and the return shipping. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
You agree not to use the Site: for any unlawful purpose; to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including when placing an order; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems; or to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, including through the introduction of malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, and to cancel any associated orders, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by eBuyer Gate Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Redistribution or republication of any part of the Site or its content, including by framing or any other means, is prohibited without our prior written consent. Product names, brand names, and trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners; we are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with these brands unless explicitly stated.
Unless stated otherwise, the products and services featured on the Site are available for delivery within the United Kingdom only, and all advertising and promotions on the Site are intended solely for the United Kingdom market. We aim to keep the Site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may suspend or restrict access for operational or business reasons without notice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to this, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the products in that order. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Neither party shall be liable to the other for failure to perform any obligation under any agreement which is due to an event beyond the reasonable control of that party, including but not limited to acts of God, terrorism, war, political insurgency, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, acts of civil or military authority, earthquake, flood, or any other natural or man-made event outside our control that could not reasonably have been foreseen. A party affected by such an event shall promptly inform the other party and use reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms of any agreement despite the event.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By accessing the Site for the purpose of purchasing our products, you consent to these Terms and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in relation to any disputes arising from such access.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be severed and the remaining Terms will continue to apply. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms, or to exercise any right to terminate, shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision and shall not affect our right to enforce it at a later time. These Terms may not be amended, modified, or varied except in writing, signed by an authorised representative of eBuyer Gate Ltd.
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms form part of the agreement between you and eBuyer Gate Ltd. Accessing the Site and placing an order indicates your understanding of, and agreement to, these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
