3. Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly and completely before completing payment, as this directly affects delivery time.

4. Delivery Options and Costs

All prices are shown and charged in GBP (£). Delivery cost is calculated based on the total weight of your order. Orders totalling £99.00 or more qualify for free delivery on either service.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT/UK time) on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on a weekend or public holiday, begin processing the next business day.

Orders are handed to the carrier within 0-1 business day of the order cut-off. Transit typically takes 2-3 business days from dispatch (Monday-Friday). Total estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days from order confirmation.

Express Shipping

Orders are handed to the carrier within 0-1 business day of the order cut-off. Transit typically takes 1-2 business days from dispatch (Monday-Friday). Total estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days from order confirmation.

7. Change of Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing payment. If you need to change it, contact us at trade@ebuyergate.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it, but cannot guarantee a change once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

8. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation by contacting us at trade@ebuyergate.com. Cancellation is possible provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled, though you may be able to return it after delivery in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at trade@ebuyergate.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the damaged item or packaging. We will investigate and offer a replacement, redelivery, or refund as appropriate.

10. Shipping Restrictions

We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. A complete and valid postal address is required; deliveries cannot be guaranteed to PO boxes or incomplete addresses. Additional delays may occasionally apply due to adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control.
